Orchard House
In 2016 we were commissioned to test whether a new house could be built in Firle village in order to keep a local family in the community. The site was an orchard within the gardens of Firle Cottage which had long lost its outbuildings. We believed that a granary and a dovecote were the correct buildings to use and worked to copy two of the best examples in the village.
