There has been a recent surge of rural communities that intend to build affordable homes. Many are choosing a community land trust as the best company model and are working with us to establish imaginative designs that will bring the group together and help to motivate planners, funders and local residents. We gained the first planning permission for a CLT in Sussex. This role is an exciting opportunity to create new homes that meet the expectations of contemporary rural life with designs that continue the tradition of local village buildings.
