Two brothers who make LED streetlights bought a house with outbuildings that extent into the New Forest. In one they planned to build a brewery to make Pig Beer using a series of high tech tanks, mashers, bottlers. We left the outside of the brewery alone and focussed on making a brilliantly shiny inside with reflective pillowed insulation panels, a viewing gallery, and a clever arrangement of processing areas like a polished instrument.
